I have been totally stressed out and kind of crazy lately, so tonight I decided that I needed to do something happy. And it doesn’t get much happier than these donut holes. I think I’ll take these to my Bio partners tomorrow morning.
I used the legendary Lolo’s mini donut test kitchen recipe. I halfed it and used a chocolate mold to make the little shapes. They’re, at most, one inch in diameter. Too cute.

I just found this too! Have you tried sticky fingers in Columbia Heights yet? Thanks for alerting us to those crazy Canadians. Keep up the good work. And good luck with exams!

Oh my. I saw those photos on GVN and had to come here to see if you posted the recipe. Now I know. I will have to make these, and I hope they are half as adorable as yours.

Jen – yay for MS vegans!
Celine-perhaps we should do a ppk donut exchange!
Richard- I have not made time to go to Columbia Heights for sticky fingers quite yet. (I think it’s because I bake on my own so much.)
Amber- Glad we’re blogroll friends! (And your etsy stuff is so cute!)
Lace – I just know how to rock a toaster oven, that’s all.
Briggitte – Thanks!
Laura Jesser – Yay for the GVN! And the blog I got the recipe from is incredible. Lolo is a freaking goddess!

How cute are they? And how could it have taken me so long to find your blog? I love it. Nice to meet another vegan blogger from the Northeast Corridor.
